This is a typical French brasserie which serves classical simple regional cuisine. However, quality of the food is excellent and all dishes, including dessert, are home made. Recommended. Ver carta

Quiet Bistro near the Mercure Hotel. Amazing food, great wine and prices very reasonable. Good service from the team there. The restaurant was a little empty but this is likely its location as the cleanliness, the food and the prices can't be faulted.

We were staying at the Mercure Chateau Chartrooms and wondered around the corner to check this place out on a Friday night. We dead quiet, but we had a nice meal and a bottle of wine. Friendly service, fairly basic menu, but well cooked.Would go back again if looking for a nice cheap meal.

A quiet evening meal in the art deco style old school brasserie. service was charming and efficient. Me and my dining companion had the well priced menu. Lovely kingprawns with a homemade mayonnaise, butter and really great bread to start then a huge tasty pavé de saumon perfectly cooked for me .. wine was great. Parisian type street scape outside..Will return. Ver carta

the staff was super nice! They didn't speak English and we didn't speak French, but more than a problem it was an anecdote. The food was delicious. we chose the menu from day to 19€ and we ate a lot! super recommended (avis d'origine) el personal fue súper amable! no ingested sabían or frank nosotras, pero más que un problema fue una anécdota. the comida estaba riquísima. elegimos el menú del día por 19€ y comimos muchísimo! súper recomendado

We ended up at this brasserie as it was close to our hotel. It was a bit empty and had not so much charm. The staff was attentive but had limited capability in English. With French we could do a lot better. Simple dishes and not all to special. The steak some of us had was not that good. Fish was okay although portions not all too large. It was an enjyable evening with the group but with the large tv set on the other end of the room and the entiurage it is more of a pub than a restaurant.

we arrived at our hotel on a Thursday fairly late on in the season, 22 September to be precise, and walked the streets finding something halfway decent to eat.We turned up here to find no one seated except a person reading a newspaper.It was obvious who the boss was, a chap in his mid-70s who was clearly brought up in the age of service and good food. We had a glass of champagne each to celebrate our arrival and had fish of various types both of which were acceptable.The bill including three small glasses of champagne was E70, a small taste of how our pockets were going to be hit in this expensive city.When we had finished, the bar was still empty and the wife of the proprietor had turned up...
