great old carpenter that enchants a very cozy dining room. the map is typical of a brewhouse. There is also a seasonal map, in our case matjes, and a very extensive range of cutlery. the portions are plentiful. everything is fresh and you realize that it is done. the in-house beer tastes. the service is on zack and uncanny heart. we were delighted and very happy to come back.

Looked at the reviews before we visited, was always busy when we walked by so decided to try it. Onion soup was delicious but our mains were disappointing. All the pork schnitzels were tough and there was just too much food. Our daughter and her fiancé's meal would have fed all four of us! The fried potatoes looked and tasted as if they had been reheated several times. Good service, lovely garden.

the visit in the wobbles was very disappointing. the air in this restaurant is to cut thin, the service an absolute catastrophe! there was no visual contact, no friendly smile. eating is more complete. the portions small and lovingly dressed. the prices are expensive. absolutely not justified. the beer is always very tasty :-) so: who likes to sit cramped and warm and does not put a value on service should definitely be there!

I have been there a couple of times for various occaisons.The place itself is a medieval house with mostly small rooms on two levels, which adds a lot to the atmosphere, but leaves little room for bigger groups.The food is essentially a lot of Schnitzel (pork) dishes. And all of them are huge. The downside is, that contrary to public belief the Schnitzel are average at most and tend to be a little to dry.
