I stayed at dinner in this restaurant about a week ago and I must say that I was excited about it from the reception to the account were educated and competent, regarding food and drink all delicious 5 stars are few, when I return to skiing I will definitely return to dinner in this beautiful place, dogs are welcome.

Very nice brewery, the interior is beautiful and has a nice outdoor garden where you can have lunch on sunny days. The menu is mainly meat and for each course beer is recommended that best match the flavors of the dish. It goes from meat cuts from their butcher to very inviting gourmet burgers. The raw materials used are of good quality and many courses naturally have as an ingredient beer. Price maybe a little high, but quality pays. Friendly staff and fast service despite all exhausted. Partendo dal presupposto che io amo posti come questo. Entrando sono rimasta incantata solo dell'arredamento e dall'ambiente molto caloroso. Poi è toccato al menù, al cibo servito e al servizio e che dire, l'incanto iniziale è diventato una favola. Menù con una buona selezione di cibo, ottimi prezzi e buon abbinamenti consigliati. Cibo senza dubbio sensazionale, sia per qualità che per cottura. Servizio impeccabile, sia per la gentilezza che per la ottima presentazione dei piatti. Esperienza culinaria (e non solo) davvero da non perdere.

Posto fantastico sia per la location che per il cibo. Abbiamo cenato in un dehors molto curato nel verde di un prato e di alberi stupendi. Era molto tempo che non mangiavamo una tagliata così....tenera, succosa e cotta in modo perfetto. Patatine buonissime servite in modo originale( come da foto). Pane, grissini, salumi, carni e birra sono prodotti da loro. Ho assaggiato una birra eccezionale...... La carta delle birre è veramente ricca. Piatti molto originali e rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Provatelo assolutamente.....ne resterete stupefatti. Noi torneremo nei prossimi giorni. Bravi bravi bravi!!!!

Barbecue pub just outside Vernante with proposals of unconventional cuts (at least in Italy) but practically of cult in the States like bavetta, diaphragm and lombatello (flank steak, skirt steak and hanger steak) all treated perfectly both for preparation, marination and combinations that also for cooking of course (bagna cauda with vegetables contour super idea). There are also excellent appetizers far from discounted. Needless to talk about the great selection of beers prepared on site (fermentation vases well visible in the establishment) and able to cover all styles and tastes.
