Brewers Fayre Malt Myre

Dinner was fantastic. Food was great, clean plates all round and the staff on duty were helpful and attentive. Only issue was the incredibly sticky table.

We visit this restaurant a few times a year when we are in town visiting family. The staff is always friendly and available to assist with anything we need.

We attended the breakfast with the Easter bunny. Kids had a great time.. Staff are great with the kids and always friendly. Good selection of food from the buffet breakfast always topped up when needed. We also done the breakfast with santa kid loved that too. Ver carta

Our food and drinks were ok. What made our night was being greeted and served by Becca. She had such a great attitude, made our long day of travelling feel worth it. She gave advice about where to visit on our holiday, and she was so kind to a family who needed some extra help. Everywhere needs a Becca!

The customer service was passable, but some staff members seemed to lack communication skills. The food service was slow, and dishes were brought out at different times. We had to wait for about 45 minutes for a table of 8 (including 2 kids). It was strange to see Christmas table mats on the table for our booking in July.

Went just for a drive to get away from life tbh sadly me and my son are grieving, popped into here to grab some food and it was lovely can't fault it, Julie the server was the loveliest as much as my head was in the clouds I heard her gabbing to others aswell and it was refreshing to actually have a happy server who clearly enjoys her job, definitely will be back at some point x Ver carta

Asked the bad tempered bar person if food would take long as we don't have much time. She kindly explained the obvious that well done steaks take longer than chicken goujons. Yes I said but what I wanted to know was if there was a wait and was told look around you it's quiet. Disgraceful customer service given grudgingly, she then told her colleagues who walked past our table staring at us.

Came here on a whim after driving past. The restaurant itself is very dated and feels very run down. The carpets up to the toilets look like they have never been cleaned and are black with dirt. I ordered a medium rare steak with salad instead of chips. What I received was a bone dry steak with chips. No salad at all. Nobody came to check how the food was at any stage. The food came quickly and staff were pleasant enough but the quality of the food and dated, rundown interior means we would be unlikely to return.

The only positive thing I can mention is that the staff was friendly. Other than that, it was a complete disaster. The food reminded me of something you would get in a 1970s school cafeteria - the scampi was extremely tough, the peas were overcooked and had a strange yellow-green color, and everything was served with white bread and butter that had visible dirt marks on it. The restaurant had two arcade grabbing hook games in the lobby, and the restrooms were located very far away. The experience was so disappointing that my wife and I couldn't help but laugh. Ver carta
