This is a beautiful restaurant with fabulous food. It’s definitely worth a visit. I went for the first time yesterday and will definitely return.

I've visited this restaurant many times and each time, I'm greeted with a friendly welcome. The staff consistently make an effort to accommodate walk-ins. The decor is lovely, the food is delicious, and the selection of beers is great. There's also a fantastic beer garden that's perfect for enjoying on nice days. Price per person: £20–30. Food: 5/5. Four of us traveled 34 miles to have lunch at the Brown Cow, and it was our first visit. We felt it was definitely worth the trip! The menu offered a wide variety of food, and the quality was outstanding. The staff were exceptional, particularly the woman who recommended the Cheese Onion Pie, saying it was her favorite. She was spot on—it was fantastic! We all agreed it was great value, and we’ll be returning soon. Parking was easy, with plenty of spaces available. Price per person: £20–30.

Had soup of the day, Broccoli Stilton, Delicious. The main courses gave varied choices, but I opted for the Hot Roast Beef onion baguette. The beef was lovely and tender, served with gravy on the baguette, which also Came with a delicious side salad. I had never been before even though it was busy staff were pleasant and friendly, and no request was too much. I was told by my daughter who was in the party I was with that you have to book beforehand, as no walk inside are accepted, which doesn't surprise me.
