Brownie Points Bakery

I enjoyed the vegan biscoff brownie, however it had a more cake-like texture. I just wish there were more vegan options available at this restaurant.

There are not many vegan options available, but the brownies are delicious. They may not be anything unique, but they are tasty all around. (Updated from previous review on June 7, 2023)

It's been a while since we were here last and we were looking forward to visiting again. It didn't disappoint there is an extensive choice of Brownies and other delicious cakes. The coffee is good too. This is a great place for that special cake treat.

Although not exclusively vegan, this cafe offers delicious vegan brownies and milkshakes (with squirty cream). They also have a points card for loyal customers, where you can eventually redeem a free brownie or milkshake. I also left a review on wheelchair accessibility on Euan's Guide.

The cookie dough tray bake is utterly disgusting!!! A sloppy disgusting mess even though kept in the fridge. Upon calling the shop to speak to the customer adviser, I was met with a barrage of abuse and raised voice! The worst customer service I have ever received I will not be returning to the store and will ensure to tell everyone I know about the incident. It was bad enough that the product was awful, but to be spoken to in such a way leaves an even worse taste in my mouth!! Disappointed and ripped off !!!

We love going here for their fabulous GF brownies. It was busy on this occasion, service was slow and there was only 1 person on the til trying to juggle everything. There was another worker who seemed to be clearing up dishes etc but would have been nice if she jumped in to help the poor girl struggling to do everything on the til. It might have helped to have some of scotch egg boxes already made up. But as soon as you sink your teeth into the delicious brownies the service issues somewhat melt away. Thank you for continuing to supply gf brownies!

My son and I were in Derby for the morning and decided we 'd treat ourselves to a Brownie. The selection, size and quality of the brownies, blondies and cookies at 'Brownie Points ' is absolutely amazing. So much to choose from it took us a good 5-10 minutes to decide... We ate in and then got another brownie to take away as they were so good. I had a latte which was good and my son had a cookies and cream milkshake which he said was awesome too. Service was friendly and prices really quite reasonable for what you get. You do feel like you could gain about 5 kilos in weight though just by looking at the display of brownies!!

Lovely little brownie bakery, amazing brownies and so many flavours to chose from! I recommend to all! super friendly assistant at the tills also! A couple of niggles I have the opening times make it super difficult to visit, as they not not aligned with the Derbion opening times unfortunately, especially the late night opening hours. As I usually pop in after work on a Thursday or Friday before the weekend rush and the shop is always closed! So I don’t purchase brownies as much as I would like. Would love for the opening times to be extended into the evenings if possible! Lower overall rating due to this but the brownies are amazing!!!

How do I start? I don’t wanna be this horrible person who’s complaining Went to brownie point in the shopping centre, Derby, I saw a lovely looking cheesecake on a display counter I got two packed nicely in a box, but the lady who was serve me tilt the box upside down in the bag destroying the cheesecakes I honestly, don’t understand why people are so rude I asked her why would u do something like that she looked at me. Funny I took her a while to say sorry with an attitude, what is the point of buying something what looks nice on the display but then it’s packed in the box and dumped in the bag upside down . Shame definitely not coming there again
