"My friend and I wanted somewhere different to go for some late lunch and so we decided on the Cosy Club. Although my friend had been once before a while back, it was my very first time visiting. As you walk in, you're greeted with an almost vintage-y feel and it's great! Old paintings upon the wall and retro furniture too, but that's not all. Ascending the stairs to the top, we got to the first bit of the club which is the bar area and what a fab area it is too, to relax and enjoy and Beveridge or two. Further down is where the restaurant is located and a lovely restaurant it is too. Very ornate with a fancy oldy-worldy vibe, almost like stepping back in time. The decor and glass chandeliers make for a very luxurious, almost palatial feel. The staff were really friendly and showed us to a table where after a short time of waiting, we had water poured for us before choosing what we'd like to eat and drink. I decided to go for the dirty chicken burger and I'm glad I did. The portion size was great, and there was plenty going on in the burger; the flavours were tantalising! Everything was cooked really well and tasted good (oh and the berry cider they have is certainly worth a try! After spending time enjoying our meal, we paid for the bill and were able to make our way, with our drinks, to the bar area to take a sit and enjoy the vibe further. I would certainly recommend the Cosy Club to anyone looking for something different, with a cool vibe and great food. "Table had crumbs on not wiped down from previous customer. Ordered baguette with bacon chicken and brie. Chicken over cooked and dry as was bacon. Hardly any brie. Baguette very hard. No butter. Couldn't even eat the bread. Salad ok if you like limp lettuce. Coleslaw was actually nice. Chips tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Menu sounds fancy but sadly didn't live up to expectations."

"Me and my friends all come here ever wednesday after school for a study session and a chit chat and grab a coffee! The atmosphere here is something so peaceful and comfortable with its great lighting, music and decorations really make it a special vibe. It’s very hygienic there’s not a spot of dirt insights- bathrooms are always clean. Aswell as it’s state of cleanliness, the smell is really nice with its light up candles. The staff are so sweet and polite and are amazing at their jobs at making us feel welcome! Aswell as that the food and drinks here on the menu are so good and are always top notch- always nice and fresh! I rate it 5/5 because i’ve been to other places before, that have never had such a good quality food and had a great experience! I come here because it’s a comfort place for me and my friends and we never doubt our choices coming here because it’s so great- one of the best places in Derby."

"I and my partner visited and we had the sweetpatty and trini double for the start, both so delicious and full of taste. for the first we had the organic ruck tofu that was unreal, quite spicy, but very beautiful. in portions are generous. there are two for a cocktails, but they were not the best and service was not very fast, but the dame that served us was really friendly."

"If you're looking for a bad review then I suggest that you look at the other nonsense that has been left below. I can honestly say that Finale is the best place in Derby. I feel so sorry for the wonderful owners who have to read the rubbish that some half-wit drunken has left. This establishment is refined, the elite among us eat here early doors so that we can avoid these types. The service, food and atmosphere are to die for. It is empty late on a Saturday evening because of such morons. The place has a massive list of loyal customers to survive. They do not need the likes of you for your custom. I do hope that the owners see me reason for dropping their rating down a certain percentage. The most clicks are on the negatives and not the positives, that is unfortunately the way of the world.Bless you, I wish you every success."
