Normalerweise finde ich das Bruderherz sehr schön und ich habe dort oft gut gegessen. Deswegen habe ich mich auch sehr auf das Silvester Menü gefreut. Leider hat es den Erwartungen nicht entsprochen. Die Hummerbisque war belanglos. Ich musste darauf aufmerksam machen, dass auf meinem Teller der Kaviar vergessen wurde. (Im übrigen kein echter Kaviar) Der zweite Gang: Raviolo mit Burrata und Trüffel war geschmacklich dafür sehr gut, leider hat man die Burrata aber vergeblich gesucht.
