This place has the best Chinese food I've ever tasted. Every time I eat here, the food is deliciously spicy and satisfying! I haven't been to any other Chinese restaurant since I discovered this one a few years ago. Everything on the menu is fantastic! Ver carta

I was recommended this restaurant by a friend, but my experience was disappointing. The spare ribs were mostly bones with little meat, and they didn’t have much flavor of barbecue sauce. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 2.

I ordered food for collection, expecting it to be ready in 30 minutes. However, by the time I got home, just a quick 5-minute drive away, the food was cold and required reheating in the microwave. The rudeness of the staff was unbelievable, especially considering I was paying for the service. If this is reflective of the Chinese culture, it certainly doesn’t align with my values. If I had shown a similar attitude while in the shop, I would likely be labeled as racist. My advice is to avoid this place; they could really benefit from learning some British manners. Food rating: 1.

The staff member I spoke to didn’t even apologize; she simply said that she only processes payments and that it wasn’t her fault there were prawns in my dish. At one point, she even tried to claim it was cooked pork until I showed her the plate with the prawns. When I asked her what she intended to do about it, I was taken aback by her lack of concern—she didn’t seem to care that I could have ended up in the hospital. She did issue a refund, but she even offered to return the food that contained the prawns to me! I am still in disbelief and plan to take further action.
