"Hervorragende Küche! Tolles, geschmackvolles Ambiente und angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich. Nicht nur die Speisen sind ein Erlebnis für den Gaumen, auch die liebevoll dekorierten Teller sind ein Hingucker und die kulinarische Entdeckungsreise fängt schon bei der Garnitur aus (mir unbekannten) Grünzeugs an."

"Mondays on the flat land outside the big city to find a good restaurant for lunch, which has also opened, is not so easy. especially when the flat land is located in the not so densely populated land with axes, very precisely in the triangle dresden, chemnitz, leipzig. the internet is available on the search of course a great help, but not only displayed location and opening times of restaurants, but also the menu and in the best case beautiful photos or videos from the location. so our choice fell on the margarethen mill in raw wine. traffic-friendly about 5 km from the exit döbeln east at the a14. a happiness to have seen the digital map before. for when we arrived at the gasthof, the surely not evil navigator in the car in the local part led us to the house number 22, as the 24 should not be entered as a target. in the village came after the 22 only field and meadow, far and wide no forest innsau 24th. back to main road and the gray cells exhausting. from the autobahn it had to go to the right into the forest after a few kilometers, not to the left into the village. and so it was, after a few hundred meters, a sign had that right away. a kilometer on narrow road through the forest, here it becomes secret and very quiet. the sounds of forest. they almost believe to be wrong, then between the trees the building ensemble, several mostly two-day houses in friendly white, partly with work. parking 50 meters from the house, also a beautiful free terrace. there is also a children's playground. behind the next building rises a rock along with a staging estimated at 15 meters height, here some feel or are it beautiful? very comfortable. high scratched on rock projections in an airy height they see the arriving guests sleepy. the lower come in the zaun, it is expected to feed. compared to a small installation and on the adjacent meadow are other pigs to which it goes suck. satisfied, besides vogelgezwitscher the only noises here in the middle of the forest. we had ordered for 4 people who proved to be good because we got the insulting free table in the beer garden. a larger group of about 12 people probably worked together and so the Corona rules stayed a little loud in autumn 2020. quickly the friendly waiter brought the cards, asked for drinks that were then served after a short time. in the food we have decided to make two suppen short and brittle and an salat of the season as well as as as main dishes for mill bags filled carving, mill plate various steaks, a trout and a saibling. beautiful, varied offer. we liked it very well. shortly after approx. 30 minutes fresh and hot on the table fed. more attractive, preheated teller. portion size normal at the fish dishes, very lush for the two meats. a second drink was ordered by all four guests, the flash waiter had asked if our almost emptied glasses. very attentive! the weather nice, the day still young, so sit here cozy. platz was still for espresso and two ice cups. then nothing went in best. the bill for four people with eleven drinks, three appetizers, four main courses and two desserts was almost 130 euro. one of the best quality absolutely reasonable price. at the toilet, wcs in the gas house, we still saw the gas room this day because of the beautiful weather. beautifully decorated, lots of wood, safe very cozy when sitting outside is not possible. the rooms for the night, there are seven with a total of 19 beds, is pointed out. here we want to return as soon as this will be possible in 2021. probably, but not at celebrating like the heaven or at whining. then it dies and in the margarethen mill not the black, but the bear and with the magnificent rest, it can no longer be temporary, and whether you get a place at all, also remains to be doubted. our visit to the mill took place in autumn 2020, just before the gastronomy collapsed into a compulsive closure that takes 4 1/2 months due to corona."
