"The cream of the crop of an Eguisheim visit. The food we ate was absolutely amazing. All dishes were beautifully served and were so tasty! One of the best restaurants I ever been at. Not a lot of choices in the menu, but each one of them is a blast. The deserts were fabulous as well. I had two Pavlovas as the first one disappeared so quickly… The service was just great. Quick, professional and with a smile."

"A beautiful new and modern establishment with an original setting located in the middle of the Champ Park of March, but difficult to find when you are not from Colmar, because it is “hidden” by the Hotel L’Esquisse and there is no indication of its location! Tasting menu 10 very good and correct dishes, but for having already made other stars, this time we were not really surprised and impressed! On the other hand, an impeccable service with very professional and friendly employees! A heartburn and a special mention for the bread, a delight!"

"We stayed in Turckheim to visit the WWII museum (deserved stop) and find a place for lunch. We went from several, whose menus were the same old. Found Le Stewala and noticed the more interesting menu of the day. Found lunch to be far beyond our expectations. The Prix Fixe was beautiful sausages of two styles with red cabbage and noodles. The sausages were delicious and red cabbage was at a completely new level of excellence. The cream Brûlée was as silky as you want. Others had a wonderful trout and a dessert of fresh plums boiled in red wine and served with a Speculos ice cream. Would come back in a minute."
