Buffalo Grill - Carta

Food was great, as were the staff. We'll certainly return again soon. A big shout out to the owner's son Moussa (spelling? for very kindly giving my wife I a lift home in the pouring rain. A very nice touch, going above and beyond.

Been here many times. The last time we went the service was not great and we did mention it at the time. Went yesterday with friends and a six-year-old service was so poor. The restaurant was not busy at all. Child got very restless waiting for food and drink. Would not want to return

I was near the airport and craving something delicious to eat. I chose to try Buffalo and I will definitely return. The food was served on a trolley, which was a nice touch. I ordered the beef korma with pilau rice and Peshwari naan, and it was excellent in portion size, taste, and presentation - 10/10. This used to be a great place to eat and takeaway, the food was fresh, no frozen veg where the carrots are the same shape and size they used to use different vegetables than other Indian restaurants. You could taste the freshen. After asking several times were they under new ownership they said yes. They said the veg was fresh but when it turned up it was Luke warm, clearly not fresh and they prices are not reasonable anymore. When you give feedback they really are not that bothered. Such a shame you have lost a loyal customer!!

Was called back half an hour later and told that the system had allowed me to purchase this without meeting the amount for free delivery. I believe I was 1 or 2 pound short but could I come and collect. I said no and ordered from somewhere else. Was told my money would be returned to me. 3 weeks later and I have had zero contact from restaurant who couldn't deliver me a meal I had paid for because I was a little bit below the amount they needed to deliver for free..... after their computers error had allowed me to buy but are more than happy to not return my money. How rude of them. What poor service I have received.

The restaurant was chosen by work colleagues to celebrate Christmas, but it did not seem to cater well for such events. The evening overall was only satisfactory. Upon arrival, the booking had been forgotten, causing a delay in getting a table ready. The general consensus was that the food was decent and reasonably priced, but the drinks were a disappointment. The lack of an alcohol license was noted, but being served a can and glass for a coke order was not ideal. The service was a bit erratic, with staff trying their best but inconsistent. I've been to this restaurant a couple times now and every single time the service and food has been absolutely top-notch. I can't fault it at all. Every dish has impressed me with flavour. My personal favourites are the Butterfly Chicken Steak or a Rump Steak, they haven't ever disappointed me. I really like the Chicken Tikka Masala with Chilli Naan too. For starters try the Chilli Paneers, Prawn Tempura and everyone's favourite starter, Buffalo Wings. Furthermore, I would like to thank the staff for the brilliant service every single time I've been here I've never once left Buffalo Grill without feeling absolutely overjoyed by my experience.

We have dined at Buffalo many times. The atmosphere and décor are lovely, and the food is usually very good. However, like many restaurants post-COVID, prices have increased and the side dishes of rotis and rice are now very expensive. A major concern is that the restaurant no longer offers free tap water but insists on selling bottled water. This excuse is attributed to COVID, but seems unfounded. It is rare to find a restaurant that does not provide complimentary water. For instance, other restaurants in Luton such as Benjamins, Nando's, and Tawa House all offer free tap water. I booked 2 table by phone for my family but when i went and asked them for my table they said i didn't book with them, they don't have any booking under my name, staff told me i called wrong number, but when i showed on my call list them's number then addmited it was right number but they don't agree i booked, i was standing 10 munites, also my family and little children waited outside. one off my friend was eating he seen me im standing with family he quick finished and he gave his fable to me, then of staff came and started argument with that i can't seat on that table, i have to wait for other table, he was so rude with. then i raised my voice that i booked with u, your fault, nothing my...
