"Ho mangiato benissimo, davvero una esperienza gustativa. Unico appunto, il servizio eccessivamente lento fra l'antipasto e il primo, ma ammetto che il gran caldo ha impattato sulla piacevolezza della serata (fuori o dentro non faceva differenza). Proposte e abbinamenti molto particolari, polpette di provola con baccalà mantecato superlative, una sorpresa le linguine cacio e pepe al limone con tartare di gamberi (per altro una pozione più che abbondante), un po' meno entusiasmo per il polpo arrosto affumicato (molto scenografica la presentazione).
