I love the food and the people were so nice and the vibe made me very happy

The food was tasty and portions are generous. The options are limited but good choices unless you're gluten free in my case. We'll return.

The staff seemed to be trying to rush customers in and out quickly. The prices felt overly expensive, especially for a central London location. Ver carta

We booked on a friend’s recommendation. We were not disappointed. Fantastic food with delicious flavours. Lovely wine selection. Attentive and helpful staff. Definitely will return.

Buns used to be such a nice place with a wonderful ribeye beef in the chapatta and chicken skewers. Now the menu as nothing attractive. The Sauvignon blank was terrible and I had pork belly in the bun and got ill a couple of hours after I had it. Still not well today.

Very disappointed, the new menu has a lack of choice and very few vegetarian options. We came in June and loved it and were very disappointed with new menu if they had updated the food one menu I would cancelled the booking as we didn’t stay for food and went somewhere else. Ver carta

We visited this restaurant specifically for the steamed buns and they did not disappoint! They were incredibly delicious. We ordered an assortment so we could try a few different flavors. If we had more time in London, we would definitely return to try more. I found these buns just as enjoyable as the ones I had at Momofuku in New York City.

Upon arriving at Buns and Buns, we were disappointed to find that the menu differed from what was advertised online. The waiter informed us of the change in a rather blase manner. Additionally, the current menu offers a limited selection compared to before, and we found the prices to be quite steep for the quality provided. It would be beneficial for customers to be notified of menu changes in advance to manage expectations.

The food at this restaurant was pretty good overall. The chicken bun and noodles were especially delicious. However, the prawn and pork dumplings were disappointing as they were small and lacked flavor. The service was hit-or-miss, as we were given the wrong order and a drink was spilled on a woman nearby. Perhaps these incidents were just one-off occurrences. The location is nice, but you may end up paying for that more than anything else. Ver carta
