We waited for several minutes for our food order to be ready, despite it being advertised as fast food.

I was appalled by the lack of a telephone number, as well as the frozen chilli bites and stone-cold burger and chips. What a disgrace.

Utterly utterly useless! Swear they only hire idiots! Completely forgot about my order, waited half an hour and it was cold of course. i hope you go bust, this is why people choose Mcdonald’s cause burger king is awful. Ordered 2 main meals and 2 kids meals and only got 2 right missed items off 1 meal and packed another wrong when I rang 2 complain when they eventually answered the phone was told nothing they could do as I hadn’t brought the food straight back and was accused by the manager of basically lying when I said I had tried to contact them all afternoon said the phone had not rung all afternoon. We had to wait 10 minutes for the food to come out why I don’t know because when we started to eat it it was like warm at best and only live 5 minutes away worst customer service have ever come across Ver carta
