Service with a smile friendly food piping hot definitely go there again

I had ordered my food 2 hours and it never came and didn't give me a refund

The food was delicious and the service was excellent at this welcoming and clean restaurant. Ver carta

The restaurant staff attempted to deceive me by only filling my large chocolate milkshake halfway.

Not good experience today.Is to much to wait because no staff. I try to pay cash because I left my wallet home and I can’t do it. Never back again.

Rude, dismissive, unhelpful and short tempered staff who are more interested in closing at 19:10 when the shop shuts at 21:00. Not worth my hard earned money. Ver carta

I can't help but wonder why I was pushed back six times in favor of Just Eat orders. I had to wait 20 minutes just to receive my drinks, and didn't even get any Cola. My friend, who ordered right after me, had to wait even longer. The service for in-store customers is really poor.

Ordered 2x bacon XL meals as well as 1x bacon and cheese loaded fries and a diet coke. Checked the bag after it was delivered and they had forgotten the loaded fries and diet coke, two separate items !!! How on earth do you forget to pack or not check the order before you bag it and manage to forget 2 whole items off the list, will not be ordering delivery from here again, cannot be trusted.

Really poor service you can only order food from the tablets, an elderly man couldn’t use the self service so asked the lady/man not sure behind the till who said it’s self service and carried on chatting this is the second time I’ve seen this and I’ve emailed Burger King to be told they will chat to the franchise owner.
