Burger King - Carta

The decor looks tired, there were many dirty tables even though there were plenty of staff, and only 4 customers were seated. The food was somewhat cold. Overall, we were unimpressed and will not be returning. McDonald's is definitely a better choice in comparison.

Thiefs! Ordered food to our work place as a grab and go. Driver phoned me and said where he was, wrong address! So I told him where to go. I waited ages, he couldn’t find me, so he blocked my call. I had to visit just eat to get a refund. Burger King wasn’t interested no apology or anything. Wouldn’t use again

As we drove south towards Edinburgh, we had a pit stop here at Kingsway. A very handy location and easy to get to off the dual carriageway. Straight into the small carpark and into BK. Staff very busy during this lunchtime. Our meals arrived quickly and the food was good. Expensive though. Good seeing the staff having a word with rubbish dropping school students. Absolutely off putting experience. We will not be back. A few of the problems. Self order didn't work properly. Place was disgustingly filthy until one male employee came round slamming tables chairs trays bins and appeared as tho he was annoyed at cleaning up. Totally disrupted our time there. Staff miserable, food cool, drinks watery, tables filthy and generally a very poor experience.

Visited early afternoon team member who served lacked customer servics skills.Her polo shirt was ery grubby with food debrie on it I spoke with Manager who said this member of staff had been working in kitchen area doing with sauces and the like.Bur is appearance not important. Found Manager to be very dismissive and notinterested.My final comment to him was you don't get a second chance to make a first impression unless you do something within the first 20 seconds.Nothing happened apart from a half hearted apology. Called in to this outlet as we were passing through and felt the need for food. We ordered using the touch screen which for some reason wouldn't allow me to order food for my wife so we had to repeat the process. The person behind the counter could see we were struggling but didn't think to offer any help. I checked the screen which showed my order was being prepared. After some time the person behind the counter asked for my number. She said its been ready for some time. I pointed out it wasn't showing on the screen as Ready to Collect. Think back to when you were at school. Every class, every year ...they all had their no hopers. The ones you just knew were doomed to spend their adult lives flitting between the bookies and some dive pub like Caws or the Arctic Inn. Well it's like someone working for Burger King's head office has been headhunting in Dundee for exactly this sort of person, found a load of them and put them to work in the Kingsway Branch! I've learnt the hard way not to trust these clowns with a blunt pencil! Let alone the logistics of a food order! And hygene? Jesus! As regular customers to this outlet, we stopped at 1.30 p.m. looking for something to eat.. As we were towing our caravan, we parked in Tesco 's car park , walked across the road only to find the restaurant closed, but the drive through was open. I decided to join the car queue (on foot) to place my order and pay at the relevant window. On reaching the order point, I was told in no uncertain terms that I had to be in a car. I said that I would walk through and was told very rudely that You will not . I explained that my car was attached to a caravan, but still no joy. I arrived at the restaurant around 7pm and ordered a standard-sized bacon double cheeseburger meal. Unfortunately, my first meal was not up to par - the fries were barely warm and the burger was lukewarm with cold bacon. I asked for a replacement and the young blonde woman with glasses kindly obliged (despite chewing gum while serving, which was not a good look). The second batch of fries were hot and fresh, but the burger was still not hot throughout and the cheese and bacon were cold. I requested for the burger to be heated in the microwave to save wasting more food. A different server quickly reheated the burger and it came back piping hot.
