The service team was very friendly, but the beef wellington wasn’t as good we hope.

The waiter forgot to take the steak order for one of us and had to take all our food away

Beautiful food booked for 4.30 pm finally gave us a table at 445 and it wernt full just needed tables clearing Ver carta

Excellent food, wonderful atmosphere, and attentive staff. The team consistently checked in to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.

The food did not warrant the price. Unfortunately my steak was not cooked correctly and the buffalo chicken starter was also undercooked.

We went out as two couples. Our wives meals had to be sent back twice because their food was cold. In the end they didn't eat anything after waiting two hours Ver carta

Please safe yourself from the most overcooked beef wellington, the green beens were otherwise undercooked, seasoning was absolutely not right, wine selection really bad and it was way too overpriced..

I would advise against dining alone at this restaurant, as it seems solo diners may not receive the warmest welcome. Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling let down. Given Gordon Ramsay's accolades and reputation, I had higher expectations.

First time trying a Gordon Ramsay restaurant and definitely wouldn’t go to one again! We ordered the beef wellington for two it was tough and chewy, no taste whatsoever. Mushrooms tasted burnt inside. When we told the staff we weren’t happy the chef told us that fillet isn’t supposed to have a taste! And it was seasoned perfectly! Very shocked as we enjoy beef wellington and fillet whenever we eat out (which is often! and we have never found it tough or tasteless anywhere else! Very disappointed as we don’t live in London and travelled up just for this meal. I would recommend to anyone to avoid this restaurant! Clearly the chef doesn’t know how to cook and has too big an ego to admit it! Ver carta
