sat here with two friends for dinner. menu was varied and had something for everyone. All three of us were very satisfied with food quality.

we ate here four days in order to celebrate my mother in law birthday with family and friends. that was great. the staff was very friendly. the restaurant was very clean and cozy. large portions, they can also order a smaller part on...most meals if they are not a big eater.

we met for lunch and were treated with the drunken, a speciality of the region, which was prepared for the best possible wise. very tasty and on the things that they are looked after in a friendly and attentive way. our waiter was janin. very professional service. the restaurant seems to be visited by natives, so it is obvious that eating and ambiente is very appreciated. There was a vegetarian appetizer on the map. On request I was offered as the main dish celery carving with potatoes and salad. That was a very tasty dish and well saturated. The salad was fresh and crisp and had a few ingredients that are not standard. The very tasty celery carvings are purchased as the only one we have been told. That's because they're so delicious. I am writing this review to help tourists on a walking tour in Würzburg for sightseeing and a taste of local food. I ate in this restaurant for the third time always happy and satisfied with the portion and the price. If you want to...try the local Franken food, here is one of those places you get them. The restaurant is located at the outskirt of the city but one can take the city tram from the station right in front of the main Train Station (Hauptbahnhof). Take the line going to Rottenbauer and ask the tram driver to drop you at the tram stop right in front of Büttnerstuben.
