"I was here during Valentine's Day. Nice and tastefully decorated premises. There are about 30/35 covered with lombarda cuisine and mainly Lombard wines. Really friendly and kind staff, prepared under the enological aspect. They make us a welcome with a stream of prosecco green olives. All tasty! Appetizer: mixed meats and cheeses: all very good! Spectacular cup, raw, bacon, salami and several really tasty cheeses. First dishes: lazzocheri and ossobuco with risotto in Milan; in short..... the lazzoccheri were not exceptional, a little too brothy and little seasoned with cheese. We are accustomed to eating them in Valtellina where they are all too seasoned, but we know, the laceccheri are a poor dish and consequently there must be few ingredients, but tasty. We made it present to the waiter/manager who motivated us this our own as a corporate decision because in this way customers can finish them. Risotto with ossobuco: good, but risotto too a little brodoso, not entirely to the wave. Wines: Good! Sweets: homemade. We took a tart with blueberry jam and apple pie. Discreet: the straddle of the tart not too sweet, but pleasant, while the apple pie...... I expected the classic high cake, the one to soak in milk to understand. Instead, a slice came (abundant, nothing to say) but completely low, it looked like a sort of tatin tarte. The taste still good! Top because they have the Braulio reserve, for the joy of my companion. Account: 82.00 euro Then: a bit excessive for the location and the type of restaurant, but the quality of the raw materials is really excellent. Unfortunately assembly needs some improvements. Then I would like to make a suggestion: if the Lombard cuisine is proposed, I do not expect to read on the menu the pastrami salmon, strawberries with clams or the Tomahawk meat. With some little improvement, I think it might become a very good typical restaurant. We are already on the good road cmq..."

Great place to spend a night with friends. Good dishes of the Lombard tradition, little choice but well sought after. Sauces and cheeses very good all of Lombardy origin, same thing is true for the wines of which the local is very supplied. The only wine not good the CR7 (see photo) , the better the Lukaku , joke. I believe it scandalous that the prices reserved to customers who use The Fork are increased by 50% compared to those present on the official website of the local (I paid well 24_ € a risotto with ossobuco prezzato 16 € on the site and well 15 € of the lazzoccheri that on the site have a cost of 10 € . But ethically correct conduct towards the customer must be first, always and anyway. We're certainly not coming back.

An osteria with lombard kitchen a rarity in Milan not table table table table table, but the kitchen is excellent and the prices unfortunately Milanese. The risotto in milanese with ossobuco is excellent as well as the panettone with vanilla sauce. The place is pleasant, old osteria type, pleasant music, for me a little high. Round of aperitifs with bubbles and under oil, including capper flowers I love. Taglieri antipasti with sliced and cheese, in the norm. The proposed good wine, no problem at night, dear, but 2009 therefore embroidery is allowed. Single dish, specilita': risotto with ossobuque. Risotto without infamy or praise, ossobuco: better mine. One more half an hour of cooking and it would be dissolved in the mouth. And then the flat taste, almost sweet, lacked character. I entered this place for lunch time (13.40) and I was greeted by a somewhat confused waiter who immediately said that in the kitchen there was nothing left and could not serve lunch. I asked '' nothing at all? ' ', so after raising the gaze in contemplation said, salad and bresaola. "Visited months ago The label of a vegetarian restaurant absolutely does not correspond to what Joia represents in the Italian gastronomic panorama. We are talking about the maximum expression of haute cuisine, overwhelming ideas, bold and unexpected combinations, exceptional raw materials, all served in an exclusive environment suitable for providing customers with a fantastic experience. Chef Leemann showed up in person to take the order and give his suggestions on the sequence of dishes. The service staff has always proven to be very prepared to answer all our questions or curiosities about the dish itself and this knowledge was not only the heritage of the waiter who brought the dish to our table and described it to us, but of all the staff who, even randomly, we stopped to ask for further explanation! The wine list was excellent from which we chose a Barbera d 'Alba by Bartolo Mascarello. But let 's get to the food. As entrees... and calling them entrees is definitely limiting! We were offered 2 wonderful tastings which unfortunately I cannot remember in their composition, but the first was a cream with carrot and rhubarb served in a mini terracotta vase, while the second appeared like a palette of colors where some fantastic raw materials sauces could be combined manually. My lunch then began with the Cantiam la montanara where, under a soft celery foam, there was a composition of green asparagus, spring onion and truffle on chopped borlotti beans. Fantastic dish, sublime with exceptional aromas!. I then continued with The navel of the world , a wonderfully plated dish where two types of rice are used, one as a base made with asparagus and watercress, and in the center a Venere rice cake finished on top with saffron almond cream . Finally I closed the lunch with a selection of 8 cheeses, some of which were truly exceptional, accompanied by jams/honey. Obviously the bill is in line with the proposal and with the experience. I must say that it was truly a pleasure and an honor."
