"Upon arrival we were told to get drinks at the bar as the table wasn’t ready, however we sat at the bar for 10 minutes and nobody offered us drinks. Our table then became ready. Our waitress was very dismissive of our table of 8 for dinner on Saturday evening. We waited a long time for drinks, which is understandable as they were busy, but when ordering extras it was as if we weren’t allowed. Food was good, no complaints apart from one of our pizzas was “dropped” so brought to the table much later. We understand that accidents happen. When it came to clearing the table, we waited over 45 minutes after finishing eating for plates to be cleared, at which point we asked for the bill. We had earlier in the evening told the waitress that we were finished expecting her to clear, but she didn’t. Our starter plates were still on the table!! The bill came with a £30+ service charge which we chose not to pay. When the waitress found out we weren’t paying this, she seemed very unimpressed and walked off in a foul mood. We then saw her discussing our table with her colleagues. Not good service and definitely not worth the service charge on the bill. We left… plates still at the table! I would recommend the restaurant for the food aspect, but not for good or friendly service!"

This restaurant offers a pizza that is the size of dreams, as well as alternatives such as pasta and risotto. It is a fantastic place to catch up with friends.

We enjoyed our meal at L'Osteria. The only slight hitch was that my dessert arrived without the cocktail I had ordered and it took a long time to signal to the waitresses that there was a problem. I was given the cocktail on the house as an apology.

waited 20 minutes for a drink, ordered 1 bottle of wine that did not show up after 15 minutes so that we left. Nobody noticed we were going. it was a busy Saturday night, but that's still not an excuse. music is so loud that you can hardly hear and the light didn't work on our table, so it was really dark.

in general good pizza on beautiful thin crust, although ham cubes on pizza instead of slices) is not a good idea and reminds rather domino 's than real Italian restaurant. personal helpful and attentive. the surprising thing was, however, that a minute after we paid the bill that had spent less than 1h 30min in the restaurant) we were asked to leave as others wait for a table. that was even though we didn't manage to finish the drinks. filz very inappropriate a bit a lobster at the end pampering the overall beautiful experience. hopefully they check their way, even mcdonald 's doesn't make it their customers.
