"I went with the family on Saturday night, eating was amazing, the presentation was excellent as art works on a teller. the choices were very plentiful, and the staff was very attentive and very responsive with extraordinary interpersonal skills that they really feel special, we were never rushed and the times again between the directed was fantastic. the toilets were immaculate and had the added as hand creamer etc. the only thing I could say in a negative comment was we asked for some water between the meal etc., received a blue bottle water that was expensive and only enough for a person. a jug with lemon would have been fantastic. but I would not have to worry about in a heartbeat return for this extra special meal with fantastic environment, much space around moving around and the most amazing eating and attentive staff to feel that extra something special. but we are definitiw again x x"

"came to bristol airport for a week course close. searched tripadvisor for a decent place to eat and found the plough near with good reviews. grew up at the beginning of Wednesday, but was fully booked. we booked for the next day. we are very happy. the food was lovely and beautifully presented. (good chef). the young waitress was polite and helpful. also beautiful environment. I wish we had found you on our first day instead of our last one. after dinner followed a big pint of stowford press. when I'm back in the opposite, I know where I eat."

"Been trying to find something wrong and the only thing I can comment on was the amount of salt but I mentioned that to the lovely staff and they passed on my comment to the chef. This pub is a little gem of a place and I think it will be my new local! Fantastic food, well presented and just lovely! Specials that I haven't seen anywhere else. Clean, welcoming and just great! Only other comment is that they don't have a great choice of lager but they have plenty of other stuff to try including a lager I hadn't seen in other pubs. I am not one to post a 5 star review but this one deserves an all round 5 star"

"Having been given the wrong order on Saturday night my husband returned the following day to be greeted by the gentleman knowing exactly what had happened , it transpired that he had tried to run after us when he realised the mistake. What a gracious and efficient service ,the meal was replaced and the usual quality was exceptional. Apologies accepted all round and they couldn't have been more accommodating. Would recommend this establishment highly. Good old fashioned service with a smile."

"Excellent public house on the Thatchers Cider complex. Obviously a full range of Thatchers Cider and the Gin they make too. Beautifully decorated bar area with lovely views and comfortable seating. We didn’t eat however the restaurant was set extremely well and the tables looked lovely. The menu read well and perhaps we will try it another time. Booking essential according to the bar staff. Large beer garden. Spotless throughout. Large car park with disabled parking spaces available. Disability access throughout and disabled toilets on the ground floor main toilets are up the stairs on the second floor. Parking: Lots of generous sized parking bays Wheelchair accessibility: Disability access throughout and disabled parking spaces available"
