"Very nice cafe. The drive to Rottenbuch alone is an experience with very beautiful views. The cafe is very nicely and comfortably furnished with changing art on the walls. Even though it was a Christmas market, we were able to get a place straight away with a larger group. The service was prompt and friendly. The “boss” of the house even took the time to pet and water the dog he brought with him. The drinks and food we ordered came quickly. I had a burger with fries. Actually nothing special but the cafe's kitchen turned it into something special! Buns baked by a local baker and the meat also comes from a local butcher shop. You can taste that. The Kässpatzn, which we also ordered, were also delicious and made with cheese from a regional cheese dairy. Someone obviously wants to do something good for their guests : and all at reasonable prices."

Beautiful and cozy guest house in Rottenbuch. Friendly reception at check-in, the rooms are simple but clean and functional. Breakfast was very lush. For hikers there is the possibility to wash and dry a donation of laundry. We felt comfortable.
