"Well, I came late into Bad Kohlgrub from the Munich airport due to Lufthansa flight from Hamburg being late by over an hour and the locals did not serve anymore food, hence being 'starved ' all day, I needed to eat. Hence the Indian restaurant was the only option. The owner helped me somewhat, with the selection Due to certain vegetables allergies, like peppers /paprika, green,yellow or red, chilli, tomatoe or cucumbers which I have explained to Mr Avtar, I had ordered Lamb vindaloo with a side dish of veges. The dish was tasty, including a generous serve of basmati rice, a small serve of lamb in butter sauce and a small serve of veges in a butter sauce. So far so good, the place has sitting statues of Budda everywhere, thus I assumed he believed in good karma. However the end paying price was just too much, over 31 Euros. When I check the bill, the guy charged me 11 Euros for the vegetable side dish of Indian vegetables. Does he think this will bring him 'good karma '??? Beware of the Indian scorpion sting...."

"An asparagus court was offered on the Internet daily ticket. We arrived at the inn in beautiful weather. At the end of the terrace there was nothing to read on the menu of Spargel, even on the tables at the inn. So we chose another court. When ordering (on the terrace is self-service) we learned that there is asparagus great! The day was saved. The asparagus is perfect. Nevertheless, this was still treated like a secret, the next guests also ordered it because it was to be seen with us. Other guests annoyed because they had ordered something else. Also the sign on the terrace self-service is hardly visible and the paths around the house to the guest room are wide. But there is a moment when you can go in and pay for each order. We would find it better if the complete offer is designed on every table outside with a hint of self-service."

"Well, well, I had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant in a hiking and cycling area and it felt like I had landed in a comedy show. The first surprise: refilling my water bottle was met with a strict ‘not allowed’. In a hiking and cycling paradise, water and activity should go hand in hand. But no, here you can only move on dry as dust. But wait, it gets better! The waitress must have seriously considered the career options of a dentist or a bungee jump instructor, because rude was an understatement. Cyclists were treated as if they had just landed from another galaxy. Maybe it was their way of motivating us to cycle faster to escape this place. Oh, and my latte macchiato? It was 50% milk foam and 50% a mysterious disappearing trick. I've never seen a drink disappear as quickly as this foam work of art. Overall: If you are looking for a humorous adventure, visit this restaurant. It's so bizarre that it's almost funny. But if you like good food, friendly service and reasonable prices, look elsewhere. This restaurant is definitely a comedy act in itself. ️"

"We were very recommendable for the weekend at the hotel Schillingshof situated in a sloping position!! and ran past Grill House a few times. Because it looked so inviting from the outside and also the reviews on the Internet were very positive, we reserved a table for Sunday evening at 7 p.m. You can also do this by email grillhousebavaria@gmail.... or info@grillhouse-restaura... but the boss does not read her emails constantly. For short-term reservations call the phone number 015163837242. Not the one on Google is 08845/130, which belongs to the hotel, which is above it. The interior of the restaurant see pictures is rustic Bavarian and very cozy. The owners are a Czech couple, which has welcomed us kindly. There was not so much going on, so we could choose a table. The boss was very friendly, but a little word-carg, which is probably due to her German skills. We definitely felt comfortable. Beverages: 2 Ettal dark foods: Panned scavengers with roast potatoes and salad bouquet chicken fillets with roast potatoes and salad bouquet Our desire for a little less roasted potatoes and more salad has been served at no cost. The Ettaler Dunkel is a poem, but of course they can't do anything. But for food and that was really good. The meat nicely tender, the panade of the carving crunchy, the roast potatoes nicely crispy and tastefully all top. Since we were still talking to some locals at the regular table this evening, some more Ettalers went over the counter. All in all, we have paid 65 euros for the food and 11 Ettaler tips. You can't complain. We will soon be back in the area and will definitely come back!!! There's another word about the sanitary facilities. The toilets are completely new and were also 1A clean!"
