Margaret helped me pick out beautiful sofas and has been very supportive following the sale with regular updates. Can’t fault shopping here a wonderful experience with first class service.

Close to the station and always good quality cake. Not over busy on a weekday afternoon but we waited at our table for a while before attracting the attention of a waitress. Service can be cold here, depends who you get if I'm honest. Big fruit scones and tea, both excellent. Reasonable price, paid the service charge but largely undeserved. Ver carta

My husband and I had lunch again at Arighi Bianchi Café. As always the quality and flavour of the food was very good. The selection of drinks were plentiful. Also I would like to thank Neve, the young lady who was in charge of our table. She was very courteous, efficient and very friendly. Always happy and with a positive attitude at all times. I purchased a solid desk for almost £900 from this company during their sale, which I was excited about despite a one-week delay in delivery. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment upon receiving the product. As I opened the parcel, I noticed a significant defect: most parts of the drawer and back were made from broken reclaimed wood. I contacted the company to express my concerns, explaining that for a £900 product, one expects something of decent quality. We were in the store browsing furniture items which were in the summer sale, and as we have always done in the past, called into the Cafe for an afternoon drink. We didn't recognize it at all, and thought we had come to the wrong place! It used to be a lovely traditional and welcoming environment with a special ambience, whereas now it is cold and sterile with no atmosphere at all. What has happened to the great photographs of iconic film stars such as Sean Connery, Steve McQueen and Audrey Hepburn? Where are the beautiful clocks that used to be hanging on the wall near the entrance? Everything has been stripped bare and gone totally minimalist. They have even got rid of the illuminated cake...
