dreadful cake, slow, rude service..the kerl forget the half of our order and when we paid, he told us that the tip is not included in the bill: .never again

extremely rude and indifferent service. the guy has charged 80 p per a tiny cup of water and then pretended to be too busy to serve it for the next 10 minutes, just to make a point that he is responsible.

Sat inside as the outside was closed, awaiting rain (which didn't come). The service was fine and the cakes OK but this was nothing special. Located at one end of there Belevedere Schloss, it's a long walk, including stairs, to get to the toilets. Ver carta

On a rainy day the inside cafe space wasn’t up to seating all the customers that were waiting. It was all a bit chaotic a pity as the tea and cakes were amongst the best we had. Tables were tiny and we had to...juggle our plates to get them on! Not the most relaxing experience at all. I imagine on a sunny day it’s much better. Ver carta

The place was full and the staff at the entrance counter did their best to ignore us. A group of people then came in and walked straight in front of us. We embarrassedly said to them that we had been waiting for some time but...they took no notice and ran to fetch a table when it became available. We then asked one of the waiters and he said that there was no line and that it was ok for them to sit. We were taken aback by his patronising attitude especially as he had witnessed us waiting for some time and the other people jumping the queue. The food came through surprisingly fast and was good overall, but the experience had been ruined already.

I was shocked at the rudeness of one waiter and his manager. The waiter demanded payment when I hadn't finished my meal I was only there 10 minutes and there wasn't a queue. I asked to pay by card, which apparently isn't accepted despite...being a tourist hotspot in a capital city. The food isn't cheap either. I politely asked if there was an atm nearby, apologizing that I hadn't realized it was cash only (I did look out for cash only signs, but saw none . He said no and stormed off(! leaving me there to wonder what I was supposed to do. When I went inside to enquire what he wanted me to do, he ignored me, went over to his manager, who produced a card machine behind the bar. So you can pay b...

We had lunch here , and the male waiter was curt when he took the order, then gave my meal to my husband, didn't ask or care who was eating what. Even the way he put the plates on the table was bordering on aggressive....There was never a smile or anything that suggested he cared about us, the food, his job. Then when my husband went to pay, he had the gall to ask for a tip. My husband said no, the service was not good, and he responded by asking where we came from. When my husband said Australia, the response was as if that explained why we didn't tip. Australians do tip, when they get good service.
