Café Butter - Carta

Came here for Sunday brunch with the family. Place was not very clean, brunch limited and not replenished nearly enough. They ran out of eggs continuously. Will not go back.

If you are visiting one of the companies that sit in the shared office spaces nearby, this is a good place for a meeting...nice coffee specialties, nice smoothies, nice service...

Great place for a lunch break in Prenzlauer Berg. Variety of dishes,reasonable prices,food portions are big even too much and great coffee. minus : Not every stuff speak English and there is no wi-fi connection.

We were there for brunch on a Sunday afternoon. Even if there was not big variety, the food was tasty and the stuff refilled the plates often so nothing was missing. The price was really good, 9,80 euro all you can eat (except the drinks...of course). Fresh smoothie was cold and refreshing! The stuff was extra friendly. The only thing that I didn't like was the waffles that were stale. The place is located next to a tram stop.

We stumbled across this gem by accident. Great food and atmosphere. Very popular with the locals. I was very surprised by the menu and the cost. FYI, like most German restaurant I have come across in Berlin, it’s cheaper to order a large beer vs...a coke or even a water. For me it’s great, for my wife not so much. A glass bottle of water 5.90 euro, a coke 3.90 euro or a beer 3.90 euro. Food prices were extremely reasonable and pleasantly surprised.
