From the day of the Comice, lunch at noon, do the job but nothing transcendent

Very noisy, on-road coffee atmosphere. That said, it's effective for who likes it

Arrival at 1:30 pm without reservation on Sunday. We received no problem, very pleasant very helpful.

14 biking friends had a fantastic evening with great food and beer. Sociable, fun and very good value for money. Would defo recommend.

A small brewery that does not pay a mine, but in which you can simple dishes well cooked and well served. It's not a gastronomic, but it's okay. The welcome, the efficiency, the smile, will make you enjoy this place.

For lunch, this authentic French village café is the place to be in Chateau Chinon. It may be a bit packed with locals when you enter around 12:45 as the workers then have closed their shops, stopped their occupations to have a drink and bite in l'Agriculture. The menu is short, just go for any day special or lunch golden oldie like the chicken leg, have a black coffee and enjoy the local life. Since the change of ownership around 3 years ago the staff is efficient and super friendly, especially when you are a returning customer.
