Café Laila - Menú

Nice location in the center of Potsdam with friendly staff and really great food. All the four of us were very happy with our different dishes.

This restaurant has excellent foods with great atmosphere and nice place and staffs was really good. As a negative point I can say here is a little bit expensive.

a well-made ambiente with a beautiful menu. the classics they expect, but all with a beautiful modern melodie. I can highly recommend. the terrace worked nicely on the midday sun in november.

The food is Persian. The tasty chicken dishes are delicious. The restaurant has insied and outside areas. The boss is on premise and observes everything. He did not seem customer oriented. Perhaps it was the hot day. But go for the food and not the...other things.

We decided to eat here on the evening after storm Xavier ravaged Potsdam so it was very quiet and we ended up being the only ones left there. The Ambient is very nice and the staff friendly. The food really was .... ... sorry...no words to describe it fantastic does not do it justice). A great start to our stay in Potsdam.

Ich war heute Abend mit meinem Enkel hier und es war einfach gut! Ich hatte geschmortes Lamm in Curry, ganz mild, ganz anders als bei Thailändern oder Indern - nicht besser, einfach anders, und wirklich sehr lecker. Für mich eine absolut bereichernde Neuentdeckung. Mein Enkel hatte Hähnchenbrust in Safransauce. Wir fanden beides so klasse, dass wir halbe/halbe gemacht haben. Wir saßen wunderschön draußen auf der Lindenstraße in dieser einfach herrlichen Altstadt von Potsdam. Sehr freundlicher Service. Gerne wieder!

Kleines Lokal mit nur 10 kleinen Tischen. Sehr gute Speisenauswahl, auch vegan und vegetarisch. Auf der Karte stand das es Fladenbrot zu allen Gerichten gibt, aber wir hatten keins. Haben es auch nicht vermisst und nicht danach gefragt. Daher keine Abzüge in der Note. Den Stern weniger gebe ich für 2 Kellner die bei 10 Tischen es nicht schaffen nach einem weiteren Getränkewunsch zu fragen, oder ob alles ok ist. Meinem Extrawunsch nach Berberitzenreis wurde nicht nachgekommen. Das konnte ich dem Kellner aber erst sagen als ich aufgegessen hatte. Das Essen selbst war köstlich!

Today we were four dining at Laila Potsdam. As we had our lunch around 14:00, we could choose our food from Tageskarte which is served between 12 and 16. It is the daily menu and not the main /more expensive one. We got three different...meals- two of us had one common meal. We all believed, the taste was ok, but not magnificent. And the price was too high for the small portions they served. Although the food was not what we expected, I have to praise the friendly behaviour of the staff and the nice atmosphere of the place. the waiter calculated much more than all prices listed on the posted menu and the printed menu. each individual dish and each ordered drink was increased by up to 3 €, resulting in a final price increase of over 25%. obviously only happened to me since... I don't speak German. was incredibly sad and angry, but didn't want to make an upswing about the really mean action of waiting staff. the food was average. I got the Kayi-I, who did not come with rice and cataloged at €13.50 I was calculated for a medium-sized dish suppe €16.50. worst experiences in whole Germany to be so deeply despised.
