"Let me start of by saying that I've worked in hospitality for more than 10 years but this was probably the worst service I have ever experienced anywhere before.First of all the food was awful, which we were willing to accept (it's a typical tourist place so you arrive with low expectations). However the service by waiter ALEX (bearded guy with hair in a bun) has made this experience absolutely horrendous. When we finished our meal he did not ask if we had enjoyed our food, so we pointed out ourselves that it wasn't very good. He did not bother to reply at all and walked away to present us with the check. After putting the check on the table he took it back and ripped off the corner of the receipt. When we checked with our neighbors we realized his name was written on the corner and didn't want us to see it! When he came to collect our payment I asked him why he did that, he proceeded to tell us that he 'felt like it', and that we weren't very nice customers to serve. The fact that he had the nerve to speak to his guests like this made me sick, I couldn't possibly recommend this place to anyone, I'd rather say: DON'T EVER GO HERE!"

alors oui c'est vraie c'est paris mais je dois avouer que la glace été un peu chère pour la quantité sinon le serveur été sympa.

nous avons eu affaire a un serveur tres sympa et dynamique de plus habille d un longtablier. Service rapide dejeuner correct qualite prix. Ma fille de 16 ans a adore.

Leider wurden wir nach den tollen Bewertungen enttäuscht. Das Essen war nicht im Ansatz so gut und im Verhältnis viel zu teuer. z.B. Cola 7€,....Leider kann ich es nicht empfehlen.

Si vous avez soif passez votre route. Ce café est bruyant, au ras de la circulation. Le service est moyen. La vue sur le derrière de la Madeleine ne justifie pas les tarifs très élevés.

We were walking by a saw the Bastille Day fireworks on the TV and stopped for a drink. The staff were friendly and although late we're still happy for people to arrive for either drinks, supper or both. A great place to sit enjoy food, drink and the world going about its business.

Pensando che non parlassimo francese siamo stai accolti bene poi uno dei camerieri ha detto all altro di prendere il nostro tavolo di "Salope", ovvero gay nel modo più spregevole del mondo.Ci siamo alzati e andati via.Dopo ritornando ho deciso di chiamare il manager che con non curanza ha minimizzato la cosa.Cari amici LGBT non ci andate. Venue déjeuner avec deux collègues, j'ai été stupéfaite de devoir attendre 20mn pour avoir du pain ("ah vous voulez du pain comme dans les grandes maisons" dixit le serveur après deux sollicitations) Au moment de payer, part avec ma carte bancaire... Obligée de le rattraper. Le service est ici déplorable et désagréable.Et pour couronner le tout, nourriture franchement moyenne...
