"We visited Cafe Rouge before attending a Cher concert at the O2 on Sunday. I understand that restaurants can get very busy on show nights, but they should be able to handle the higher levels of service by now. It took us a long time to order our drinks and food, and when our drinks arrived they were nearly empty and we did not receive the Prosecco shot with the mango martini. Our starters came out very quickly after ordering, making us question the freshness of the food. When our mains arrived, the steaks were cooked to the wrong temperatures and the sauce was poured on the wrong one. My sister's steak was tough and of poor quality, and when we tried to address the issues with the staff, they seemed more interested in chatting at the bar. Additionally, the lady next to us received the wrong dish and no apology was offered. Overall, the evening was ruined by the poor food and service. I rarely write complaints, but I felt this experience needed to be addressed, especially considering the amount of money we spent on the show. The O2 should look into the quality of its restaurants near the stadium. Additionally, we were unable to use our Meerkat Movies offer on show nights, which was disappointing."

Unfortunately we had to send our food back as it was cold. It was extremely busy as there was a concert on at the 02 but apart from that food was good. Ver carta

Great service, friendly and helpful staff, lovely steak. We were seated near the door and unfortunately did feel cold whereas further in the restaurant stayed warm.

They were short staffed so waiting time just for drinks order was 30 minutes and then the food for one of us was not what stated on menu chicken club sandwich, crispy pancetta but it was not crispy didn't look like it had been cooked and there was no spinach or mayo as stated on menu.

the service was bad, had to ask for our table water 4 times before it came! then the food was so dry, but unfortunately no personal available to check us so that no one knew we were unhappy until we had to pay the bill the room of the price of my meal out so that they did what they could Ver carta

Unfortunately the food service was very slow, waiting nearly 45 mins for a child’s starter and then being told we had already had it, which we hadn’t. Also, a french onion soup starter took nearly 30mins and the children’s ice cream 20 mins. The waiting staff were very polite in there manner.

Four of us came here for dinner before a concert, and everything was amazing. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the service was fast. Despite the restaurant being busy, the staff still managed to be friendly without making us feel rushed. We will definitely be returning here in the future!
