"After a visit to the Lehmbruck Museum, three of us reported the mosquitoes almost at the same time, the sonnenwall was close and thus also the café house dobbelstein. because the weather was not intoxicating, we decided to sit inside, and we know on the first floor the only guests would have stayed in the lower area, I fell for the first time as really loving and thought the decorations had been arranged. an extensive collection of coffee mills or baking moulds are very neatly attached to the large wall surfaces; in my opinion, the order is important here, because in so many exhibits an arbitrary arrangement would seem very uneasy. as beverages we ordered coffee and tea, the selected, absolutely not fit in my prey scheme during the day, although a torte mt tree as soil and ornament is already interesting. Number two ordered themselves with bratkartoffeln, which probably tasted very well. I chose something I didn't know in combination with potato salad! kartoffelsalat is prepared with us differently than in the south Germany, so the connection with rührei is somewhat unusual. the view of the court was in the need of reconciliation, but the taste was a positive surprise. Review of 10.09.2014: If we have to decide on a visit to Duisburg between Heinemann and Dobbelstein, then the decision often depends on where the two cafes are more space at the moment, because of the quality the two are quite comparable, from the trips a visit to Dobbelstein is perhaps a track cheaper, but I have never compared exactly. the company has been based in duisburg since 1858, so a real traditional company. next to the cozy seating area inside there is also a covered outdoor area. the taste of drinks, cakes and cakes is completely fine. There are also many homemade chocolates and truffles where there are always new creations to discover. the staff is always fast and routine. a rich and variable breakfast offer is available, and a lunch offer that you can call a really good home kitchen. It is particularly pleasant that you also receive seasonal, regional dishes. there is no risk that you will have to get off on the sun wall without reinforcement if you have only provided the necessary money."
