I noticed that in the center, among the most famous bars and clubs, it is almost always like this: the food is good, the prices obviously higher than the normal but in the center it is, but the staff is always cold and not particularly kind, it does nothing to put at ease the customer, speaks with bored tone etc. I understand fatigue, but a little kindness wouldn't hurt

Staying in Catania for one night to visit Mount Etna we walked around and found this cafe that had a massive menu. Sat and had aperitifs until 7pm when the pizza menu was available. Good starters, tasty pizzas and delicious pasta dishes. Busy piazza with street sellers and plenty of people watching to be had. Service not amazing but they were very busy and you just had to make sure you got their attention if you wanted something. Tourist prices but what do you expect? Ver carta
