We enjoyed the best coffee, sandwiches and pastries. Great service, attentive staff. It was lovely and warm inside. It overlooks Piazza San Michele, has an internal room with external tables. You can find excellent cocktails and many desserts. Very kind and helpful staff. Advised. I stopped for a coffee and a fruit juice. Unfortunately, when opening the juice, the waiter spilled half of it on my jacket, trousers and shoe. Oh well, that's okay , but I honestly expected that this inconvenience would be recognized at the time of payment. Reprehensible experience. I was very sick and I went into that bar to use the toilets. I say good morning and I get an answer. I was visibly in a terrible state, so much so that I couldn't speak any further and practically ran away to the bathroom. When I go out still in pain, the staff sees fit to scold me, accusing me of not having said hello and above all of not having bought anything to use the toilets. If they want to know everything, for the luxury they THINK they have they have a bathroom that isn't exactly the best. In zero time public humiliation like few others.
