Fantastic food. King prawn purée followed by King Prawn Karahi amongst other things were the highlight. The service is second to none and can safely say this is the Best Indian I have been to. Our server Sonia as always was superb!

We visited the restaurant to celebrate a birthday, and the food exceeded our expectations. Sonia's service was outstanding, and the hospitality was truly on point! Overall, it was a wonderful evening. I highly recommend Calcutta Club. Thank you, Suraj and your team, for making the night a memorable occasion.

A lovely experience from start to end! The service was wonderful with the waitress remembering who ordered each item and giving us recommendations. She also ensured we were topped up with drinks throughout. The food was delicious and we took full advantage of the early-bird offer. A genuinely lovely restaurant with delicious food! Ver carta

The lime pickle and trays were cold from a freezer and looked used? A drink got knocked over by the staff?Food was ok but geared for the British Market,Not the best Madras but passable,nans were greasy?High end prices for people who don't know the difference I'd say,chairs were comfortable and decent layout,parking was expensive,needs a few tweeks but good atmosphere and charming staff were a plus point

Very nice experience, the tablecloths made it special. Service was decent although it was hard to hear the waitress as the restaurant is very loud (may have been specific to the day of our visit). Food was very nice apart from a few confusing bits, namely the salad being a row of separate chopped salad ingredients. The sundries that came with the popadoms tasted amazing. Overall a good time and decent value.

I visited this Indian restaurant for the first time, and it was truly an eye-opening experience. The staff greeted us warmly and were very informative about the menu options. The food was absolutely delicious, with the spices perfectly balanced. We dined early and enjoyed a 20% discount on our bill, which is offered when you order a starter and a main course. I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely be coming back! Ver carta

It's been a while since I enjoyed an Indian meal, so I was really looking forward to dinner. The staff was very pleasant, and I received a warm welcome. The starters were delightful; I had the lamb cutlets, which were excellent and served in a generous portion. The Dahl was superb and packed with flavor. For my main course, I ordered the grilled prawns, accompanied by an excellent dipping sauce. The three prawns I received were more than enough for me, allowing everyone else to enjoy one as well.

Wow! Our dining experience was so lovely at Calcutta Club. We were greeted swiftly and shown to our table where the waitress explained the specials and asked if we had any allergies. The food was definitely the highlight though! It was clear that all of the ingredients were fresh and of good quaintly, the lamb just melted apart and it was to die for, the fish selection starter (see photo) was so delicious! The general manager spoke to us at the end and was super friendly and asked how our meal was. You have to visit here!!!

What a meal and great service, I'm not one for choosing Indian food all the time so pretty unsure what I wanted when I visited Calcutta Club. Sonia was our waitress and very welcoming and also helped us choose our main meals, the lamb platter to share is amazing. Stacey asked for madras and was asked if she'd prefer another dish similar and took it great advice from Sonia, sorry cany rememberwhat it was . I had the chicken tandoori and was also asked to try some sauce with it again amazing. We're a good 2 hours drive from here and try to get over for a bit of a break every few weeks The restaurant is amazing and we will be visiting here again.
