"I paid $60 for biriyani which was good, a fish main dish that was a bit watery, rice, and $6 for 2 prawns. The portions were not very big and nothing special for the price. For better value, I recommend trying Indigo or Desi instead. I was expecting something exceptional for the price but was disappointed. I could have spent half the amount and had a more enjoyable meal elsewhere. If you're looking for something special, I suggest going somewhere else. I meant to say pounds, not dollars. I ordered on May 25th. It is true that you don't offer a prawn dish for 6 pounds, as I paid 12 pounds for lahshuni prawns and only received 2 overcooked prawns. I can provide a screenshot of my receipt if needed. I was unimpressed when I was expecting to be impressed by your food. The quality is on par with a mid-level takeaway. Desi in Hyson Green, just 5 minutes down the road, and Indigo in Mapperly offer better value and quality spices."

Truly delicious food! Prawn malabar, prawn biriani, kale kofta, carrot and beet patties, aloo tiki and perfect rice. Very efficient delivery too.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant and we are from out of town (Birmingham). Our area is known for its curry restaurants, but I have to say that the lamb I had here was the best I have ever eaten. We highly recommend this place. The food was fantastic and if we ever find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely be returning here. Fantastic!

Easily the best in Nottingham we’ve been around 8 times now, as groups of 2 10 and the food has been just as good despite the larger tables to service. Also just as good mid week or a busy Saturday. Depth of flavour and presentation are superb. Interior great as often you compromise on interior for a more authentic Indian flavour. Yes, a bit more expensive than your average, but a) we’ve wasted much more money on less and b) it’s still the same price as a good quality pub meal. Booked this evening to introduce another friend!
