The service at this restaurant is excellent. The waiters are polite and friendly. The menu is varied and interesting, with well-cooked and well-presented food.

Fantastic. The staff were friendly and polite. I was impressed how quickly the food came out and the food itself was very tasty I had the squid for starters, steak for main and sticky toffee pudding for dessert.

Calverley Grill@Oulton Hall Leeds not sure about the new decor (maybe lost some of of it's former granduer) but the cooking is still good. The set meal for Dinner is geat value at £30 and the a la carte menu looks as though it has some interesting choices. Ver carta

The dining experience was lovely with a great atmosphere. Oliver was very welcoming and Reece was a fantastic presence who did a wonderful job. He is a standout employee for this restaurant as he helped us choose the perfect dishes. Overall, it was a beautiful experience and I would recommend it to everyone. Thank you.

My partner and I stayed at Oulton Hall and had our first dinner there. We both enjoyed the tasty starters - I had the squid and he had the halloumi. For our main course, we both ordered the steak which was delicious. The portion sizes were just right for us. The atmosphere at the restaurant was lovely and peaceful, we really enjoyed our dining experience. Overall, it was a very nice place for dinner.

We had a delightful Sunday lunch at the Calverley Grill in Oulton Hall. The staff was welcoming, the decor of the hotel and restaurant was beautiful, and there was a good variety of options on the Sunday lunch menu. The price was very fair considering the quality of the meal and the ambiance. After our meal, we enjoyed coffee in the lounge area, which had comfortable sofas and chairs. There were fewer diners than we anticipated, but that is likely just a reflection of the current circumstances. Ver carta

The kitchen at this restaurant seems to not prioritize consistent quality, likely because the hotel caters to many customers who are dining there for the first time and may not return. I ordered a £34 rib-eye cooked medium, but it arrived well-done. The replacement steak was not medium or medium rare, but rather "bleu". While I personally enjoy rare beef, only about half of the steak met my preferences. I regret taking the risk and would recommend sticking to safer and more affordable menu options at this restaurant.

I need to book another hotel. The entire experience was top-notch from start to finish. We stayed here over the weekend on a golf and spa package. The staff, from reception to housekeeping to the bar and restaurant, as well as the spa and golf facilities, provided a first-rate experience that deserves recognition. Oliver and Reece were outstanding employees, just like all the others whose names we couldn't quite remember. The place was clean, efficient, and had a wonderful atmosphere with delicious food. We cannot speak highly enough of our experience. A big thank you to Oulton for providing such a great experience, we will definitely be returning.

Upon my arrival, I was informed that the restaurant had no record of my reservation made through Open Table, despite booking over a week in advance. This was quite embarrassing, especially since I had received two reminder emails from Open Table for this special occasion. I was told that they would not be accepting Open Table bookings on weekends for the next 6 months due to the high volume of guests at the hall. While the food was good, our waiter did not write down our order and memorized all four of our choices, leading to some forgotten items. I believe writing down orders would prevent such mistakes.
