"Very beautiful room, in a very medieval setting, it's really beautiful, the service with the waiters in uniform, etc., is perfect. Unfortunately, I agree with many other comments on the quality of the dishes coming out of the kitchen... We expect a lot with this menu, this room, this service and this promise of a gourmet dish made by a chef... Unfortunately taste-wise, it's very average... to describe my dissatisfaction: overcooked salmon, hard and tasteless reconstituted potato, hard carrots, tasteless lamb shank, starter (mimosa-style quail egg) also tasteless , poorly balanced dessert in terms of acidity and sugar... A disappointment and total incomprehension because everything else is perfect except... the main thing, the taste (some good little restaurants in the region produce dishes that are far superior in terms of taste). I'm sorry to say that but the dishes are very lacking of mastery, except if the chef takes out his dishes, it is because he considers them to be perfect in every way... Perhaps we should see a restaurant menu a range below but better controlled. The prices are correct for the half-board options, for the à la carte dishes... considering the mastery of the kitchen it is a little expensive. That said the dishes are very beautiful, nothing to say about the presentation, it's superb, a big effort on the taste and it will be perfect! I still recommend the restaurant, hoping that my comment will be taken into account by the chef."

"More than disappointed unfortunately it’s not the first time ... I ordered an American and a ham grilled ham sauce in delivery I’m told it’s no more shallow but pepper I’m not answering any worries at the end no sauce at all on the ham and bonus fries not cooked! I’m not called with a sauce in delivery (thank you to specify it before I have chosen other things even no excuses on the phone and the last time I’ve been charged with raclette cheese and salad and at the end even not present in the American again I’ll order I’d prefer a longer delivery but rather eat than having to pay 18€ to eat nothing thanks to your professionalism!"

"Après une journée épouvantablement grise et pluvieuse, nous nous sommes retrouvés entre amis dans ce petit restaurant de Sedan... Un accueil chaleureux par une jeune femme qui cache bien son petit accent tout à fait charmant... à vous de découvrir ses origines... une mise en bouche très fine, un morceau de charolais délicieux servi sur l'assiette dans un décor gastronomique superbe... et une glace à la guimauve, qui vous laisse en bouche un souvenir d'enfance... tout y est parfait même le choix luxueux pour une tasse de thé en fin de repas...Cerise sur le gâteau... c'est UNE CHEF qui mène l'orchestre en cuisine, et qui n'hésite pas à venir en salle en fin de repas dans une très jolie blouse rose... Que du Bonheur, et du soleil dans le coeur et l'estomac... Tout simplement MERCI..."
