This place is a real hidden treasure! Highly recommend. The customer service is amazing, just like the food and drinks!! Sure, the mosquitoes are annoying but they provide a repellent spray to help with that! A must see in my opinion. An amazing meal that rivals the best food we've had on Ibiza, with nothing going to waste and every morsel eaten. The fresh, unpasteurised, Burrata was incredible, as was the bass and the broccoli side dish. The staff were also attentive and friendly. Definitely one of the best places we've eaten on the island and surprisingly well hidden given the quality and the great price. Highly recommended to anyone thinking about it. It was great.

We were having dinner last night at this restaurant in this beautiful town. It has a well-kept and beautiful patio where there was live music, which made our dinner much more enjoyable. The food is very good, it shows that it is very careful and with good quality products. The only downside is that, when we ordered all the starters to share between two, they took everything out at the same time and the prawns ended up being cold (but with a very good flavor). The dessert that was recommended to us was a complete success. Very good attention from the service. In addition, they brought us a container of mosquito repellent as soon as we arrived, which, although there was none, it is appreciated...

Can Mimosa es un auténtico hallazgo al aire libre, una antigua finca situada en el encantador pueblo de Santa Gertrudis. Recibidos por los super amables anfitriones Holly y Pedro, nos sentamos en un jardín lleno de ambiente para disfrutar de un menú que se basa en productos locales de la granja a la mesa. La burrata y los tomates locales fueron increíbles y compartimos el Chuleton para dos a la parrilla como plato principal, que incluyó diferentes cortes de carne, todos deliciosos. También compartimos la Crema Catalana de postre, que es algo que intentaremos hacer en el Reino Unido; es similar a una crème brûlée, pero utiliza canela en lugar de vainilla.
