Went back for the second week in a row. Ordered something different from the first time. Really enjoyed our meal. A lot busier but the service was excellent

Went with family had booked ahead with was lucky as was very busy. I had philly steak sandwich which was cooked as requested. Everyone enjoyed their meal and the service was good

Took a very long to get served. Took 1 hour to get our food. Asked for a desert menu and it took half an hour to get, had to chase after the staff to get it. They then brought the wrong desert. I understand it can be busy and there might be less staff but being in a restaurant for 2 hours 45 minutes to get a main and dessert is ridiculous

The restaurant should definitely implement separate queues for those with reservations and those without. When we arrived with a booking, it seemed like the staff were unsure of how to handle us. They were busy, which I understand, but we ended up sitting for 20 minutes without a menu. When we finally did get one, it was the wrong one. I tried to order a pizza, only to be informed that they don’t serve pizza in the evening. On the bright side, the burger we ordered as a side was good, and it was great to enjoy a meal out. Ver carta
