Carluccio's Marriott Regents Park

Terrible service waited two hours for starter then we got the main. Slow Ang tasteless food.

Pleasant and attentive service. Food tasty. Nice for a quiet pre-theatre dinner. A little too dark, maybe turn the lighting up a notch!

I often dine here before attending a performance at the Hampstead Theatre. It's always easy to secure a table reservation, and the atmosphere is beautifully relaxed. The service is excellent, and the location is convenient. Ver carta

Nothing particularly outstanding about this meal food wasn't bad but over priced; the wine we wanted wasn't available and an extremely expensive bottle was recommended instead (and we were given no discount on this). Service was mediocre; ambience nothing special.

Starter and main brought together. Instead of separately. Asked for main to stay heated but it was pizza and inedible as so dry. Mushroom soups were luke warm and very claggy. I have had before at anothet branch atWimbledon and soup there was double the size and not so thick. The lamb wete too chsrred, in fact, black, not very nice

Extremely disappointing. The Veganesca had so much chilli in it, it was inedible, had to send back. Worth noting I am used to eating freshly prepared food with chilli and it was even too hot for me! The penne Giadinairi the speciality dish was watery and tasteless. The Manageress walked in the opposite direction when we left! Needless to say we won 't be returning. Ver carta

three of the four main courses came, one of which was burned and dried (lasagne). my friend asked to replace it, but it was obviously not freshly cooked. he was much better. the main course of my man finally arrived and was okay. my fish dish was ok, nothing special and the sweet was hard and undercooked. carluccio advertised as cooking delicious fresh food it was all disappointing medium.

The waiter spilled a large glass of red wine all over my dining partner's pants, pullover, coat, and scarf. Only after I raised a complaint did the restaurant offer a 50% discount on the meal and promised to cover the cleaning costs for the damaged clothing. I won’t consider dining here again until this promise is honored. Management should understand the importance of being generous when mistakes happen in order to maintain customer loyalty.

The wait to place our order was quite long, and it took even longer for our food to arrive. We ordered a shared starter, which came along with the two main courses. After we paid and were about to leave the restaurant, staff approached us to see if we wanted to charge the meal to our room card—this felt quite intrusive. To add to our disappointment, a service fee of £7.50 was added automatically to our bill. On a positive note, the food was good, and the staff were friendly and humble. Ver carta
