Carluccio's Wimbledon

The restaurant had a wonderful variety of breakfast options to choose from. I ordered the eggs florentine with fresh spinach and was pleased with the quick and friendly service.

It’s a decent stop to make as you putter through Wimbledon Village window shopping, however the menu is a shortened version of what you would generally find at other Carluccio’s in Greater London. The starters were good but sparse, and the sirloin was on the small side, although cooked to perfection. Still a good stop.

We really like having an occasional lunch at Carluccio's in Wimbledon and my favourite dish is the Penne Giardinera, especially its crispy spinach balls. Today though I was only served with the penne and grated courgette. How can the chef miss out one of this dish's main ingredients? Really disappointing. We called in on the off chance breakfast was on offer and what a treat. I had the Vegetarian breakfast and chose poached eggs. It included grilled courgette, avocado, mushrooms, tomato’s and sourdough toast. Eggs were perfectly done. My partner had the Vegan option both our breakfasts were fantastic and excellent portion size. Choice of coffee teas. I had Earl grey. Service exceptional and lovely staff.

Recently visited with colleagues whilst working in the area. Nice restaurant with decent position and ambiance. Service was prompt and friendly. Loses a star as there were quite a few things unavailable on the menu due to the championship which had finished 3 days previously. Food itself was quite nice if a little over priced, would possibly return but would tend to veer towards trying somewhere else in future

Visited here for my father's 90 birthday. First of all must say that the staff were exceptional. Friendly and very helpful explaining the menu and drink options to all of us. The starters were very nice and quite filling. I had the burger which was OK but can only be done well done which was fine. The rest of the group had a selection of the pastas. Don't come here if you like pizza as there was none. Had an enjoyable time and again the staff were extremely accommodating. Was not too expensive and we all had a good time. Only thing I would say is that the parking around the area is not too great but is free at the weekend after 6pm. Ver carta

The restaurant could have received a 5-star rating from me, but the young manager tried to overcharge me. I am a regular customer at the restaurant, and George always provides excellent service. The older manager who is there during the week is also wonderful. Unfortunately, during my recent visit, I felt like I was being overcharged for my usual breakfast, which I requested to have certain items removed due to dietary restrictions. The young manager's attitude was unprofessional and aggressive. It's disappointing because I have been a loyal customer, but I will not be returning. My friend and I decided to have a relaxed, late lunch, and we were both impressed with several aspects of our dining experience. First, the staff was extremely attentive in asking about any allergies or intolerances we may have had. The food was also exceptional; we enjoyed the ricotta spinach ravioli, goats cheese salad, and Nutella cheesecake. I couldn't resist finishing the cheesecake all by myself! Terrible service cold food at Wimbledon. The place has gone down rapidly since I used to go there with a friend for dinner on Sundays pre-pandemic. Just ordered main course and wine as there was no set menu at weekends. Told that that kitchen was closing in 10 minutes at 8:00pm. The main couse Rissotto del Mare was tiny, more like a starter and it was cold. Looks like the kitchen was already closed and they just threw someting out.
