Found this gem upon visiting Wimbledon. We asked the security officer where we could find restaurants. Ended up in town center Wimbledon. This was one of the better looking options. Service was great. Food is good. Inviting and relaxing atmosphere.

Been here twice now and never again. Both times I had a steak , first time around all my greens were cold and the second my steak came in well done instead of medium rare. The waiter took it back and returned the same steak to me ... what can I say other than pass this on to others

Good food- the menu has something to cater for all tastes. They also have a special gluten-free menu. Very friendly and professional staff. It was evident that they really care for their customers to enjoy their meal. Special shout out to Andreina and Alejandro for their superb service Ver carta

My partner and I had a somewhat disappointing experience at Carluccio’s. Whilst the service was extremely welcoming and efficient, both the quality of the food and the size of the portions left quite a lot to be desired. The poached eggs were solid, and the whole meal constituted just the single piece of toast and topping. Rather dispiriting considering the price.

Unable to guarantee safety of those with nut allergies! Manager refused to serve my 20 year old daughter whose favourite dish has been Chicken Milanese (at Putney Carluccio 's, now closed) since she was 2 (she 's always had nut allergies)! Apparently all dishes prepared in same frying pan with pistachios ! UPDATE: Owners confirmed by email that it is Company Policy to reject customers with nut allergies as they are unable guarantee their safety.

I recently visited Carluccio's and, unfortunately, my initial experience wasn't great. We stood at the door for several minutes without any acknowledgment, even though two staff members were in front of us, talking and focusing on the till. Just as we were about to leave, one of them asked us to bear with them for a couple of minutes, which we did. Once seated, he came over, apologized, and explained the lapse in service, which I appreciated. The restaurant is nicely decorated, and the food was well presented. While I thought my meal was just okay, my partner thoroughly enjoyed their dish. The dessert, however, was absolutely amazing. I would consider giving Carluccio's a second chance, as I... Ver carta
