Sommes went to eat in this restaurant last week with my girlfriend. The frame is pretty chic and modern, really nice. The server was in small care with us, with a special mention for the sommelier dinner at the height of a Sofitel, to do if you pass in the neighborhood!

this restaurant was available on a private trip, so we decided to test. We were pleasantly surprised by the sympathy, benevolence and attention of the staff and especially the joseph. from the entry of dessert to service, it was without fault. This restaurant is located in the Sofite hotel near Boissière Metro. Good atmosphere, good decoration (of course, it is in a 5-star hotel. As far as food is concerned, I do not find it bad at the level of the kitchen particularly well presented even with innovation. I took the grease (well decorated with the yellow shell (I like crunchy skin and nickel blanquette sauce), my girlfriend ordered the asparagus (very fresh with the red pork of the South-West (very well marinated).

the restaurant carte blanche is one of the restaurants I love. We went there on Tuesday, September 4 in the evening and we enjoyed the reception, the dishes and the warm and modern atmosphere. The staff is very welcoming, not naughty. We were welcomed by Jean philippe pérol, who is smiling and warm. When we received the entrance of the base of the sorry mushrooms, I no longer remember the name, we expected it not to be tasteful, but great was our surprise when we put it in the mouth what delights!!!
