I love coming to carters! The staff are so so friendly and such a good price for perfect portions. Defiantly recommended for the family

Been to Carters couple of times. Service is amazing. Desserts are veryyyyy filling. Location is fairly quiet. The atmosphere is lovely and calm.

Reasonable price , big portion. Will definitely visit again! Parking may be an issue , need to spend some time to look for car park around pay at meter).

All drinks hot cold, delicious ice cream sundries. A seating area inside outside that's lovely in the summer. Any ice cream waffles you want just ask the staff.

Enjoyed the freshly made Waffles, it was 20 minutes before closing the staff didn’t look too happy to serve but still took takeaway orders. Will return to try other treats on the menu

I highy recommend the Carter's in grays and mum asked for a freebie it was so lovely and yummy. Thank you they were polite and asked if everything was ok and we said it was yummy and nice.

Popped in here for a sweet dinner. There is a lovely choice of menu. I had pancakes and they were delicious. Hubby had an assortment of cake with ice cream. Don't come here if you are counting calories. Just come along and enjoy the indulgence.

Absolutely awful from the food to the customer service, collected my order in person only to get home and find everything undercooked, called them and explained, only to be told “there’s nothing we can do, you have to email your complaint, but I will speak to the manager call you back” No call back, so I returned the food in person, only for the so called chef to tell me the food wasn’t undercooked (see photo evidence) Apart from being generally rude and refusing new food or a refund, she called the manager, who also questioned my complaint and told me she had to look through the CCTV to ensure the food was cooked properly before she could issue the whooping £16 refund Shocking.. and guess w...
