"You'll likely need a GPS to find this cozy little gem, situated on a blind corner of the street on the mountainside behind the seacoast town of Belmonte Calabro. I can't even promise it will be open, and Italian is the only language spoken. I don't speak Italian, but I was invited to sit wherever I liked and and a large open bottle of white wine and a bottle of water were placed on my table. No menu was offered, apparantly the plate of the day being the only choice. First came a small plate of crusty bread pieces covered with anchovies in light oil as an appetizer. The combination was delightful and the taste not overpowering. The main dish was a freshly grilled fish, probably weighing about two pounds, and absolutely pure and delicious; perfectly cooked. A plate of crushed olives and fresh bread accompanied, and a nice coffee finished this perfect meal. The final delight was in the low price I was asked to pay for this great meal. "I repeat after two years, the club confirms the positive impression I have already written. now it has become only pizzeria: pizza has a great pasta, light and digestible. is very stuffed, refined and goose ingredients, but there are the simplest pizzas. skill is the creativity of the chef feel everything! wide choice of young and dynamic personal drinks, attractive location (a beautiful garden where I have not seen shadow of insects and mosquitoes). definitely a berry to participate"

"Great outdoor seating on a spacious patio. They have great We got their calamari and shrimp combo which was incredible. The shrimp are huge and juicy, and the calamari have the perfect text and crunch from the breading. You'll love their pizza. My brother tried the viagra calabrese loaded with tasty veggoes and the deliziosa that has porcine peppers and a slightly spicy red sauce to it. For both pizzas, the crust and dough goes slightly on the harder side which allows the pizza to hold it's toppings better. We tried the house white wine which was delicious and less sweet than what I normally drink but a welcome change! The service was attentive and friendly. They even brought out the liter of wine in two decanters so it wouldn't get warm! If you're stopping for food in Amantea, you have to check this place out!"

"3 stelle sommando il tutto , valutando singolarmente dico che il cibo era buono ma niente di particolare,servizio di scarsa professionalità (cioè personale improvvisato al servizio ai tavoli quindi non camerieri professionali). Location carina ma purtroppo al centro del traffico della SS 18 . Onestamente per avere pagato circa 70 euro a persona (assaggi antipasto,assaggi di due primi assaggi di 2 secondi mi sembra un po' esagerato."
