My husband and I were particularly charming from the minimal and modern location but above all from the particular and tasty dishes ... a combination of taste and details that represent the territory well. The location is warm and welcoming, in a very old house and recovered very well, the staff very kind and professional, but what amazes and wonder is the study in food and the quality of the ingredients... It was a “work” dinner, tables positioned so that everyone could see in the face and converse, adequate and not intrusive. Family dinner, small and welcoming place, also attention to detail. Modern menu trying to rediscover the classic flavors. Parmigiana revisited, butter and anchovies, Neapolitan taral, tongue and prawns, peppers in several versions, tuna and zucchini, scallops, all delicious. we took 4 starters, 4 first, 4 seconds and 4 desserts. Honest price, indeed I thought I was spending much more. I will return because the level is very high and deserve a second visit.

really a pleasant discovery! the restaurant is located in an area not adequately touristy and really difficult to find also for the premises, but it is easily accessible and maintained in every aspect, from the inside to the reception for the customers. the chef has an extra march despite the young age and reflects it in the dishes and the goths that accompany the courses. the service is impeccable and all at a price of great value, also because in some class supply you pay a lot and you go out again with appetite, in this definitely not, but we were satis and satisfied! Casa Federici is definitely a beautiful reality '; a young chef with an identity ' still to be discovered but who demonstrates and makes sense through his dishes and his creations the passion that lies behind every single ingredient and match . The tasting menu does not have pre-set dishes but lends itself at the moment to the idea of the Chef and his personal taste and feeling at that time .... I personally enjoyed the opening of the route and the closure, with a special mention to the marinated tuna my favorite dish of the real taste candies...... Less appreciated the boar ragu pastry, found to personal taste a little poor taste and too cooked ..... The mention of exception takes the desse...
