This restaurant is a great stop for an overnight meal. Like many restaurants in the London area, it is a bit expensive. Oh well!

Check in was great. Reception was very good. A special mention to Kim on reception who went over and beyond to help us with a query. Room was lovely. Everything was new and fresh. Really comfortable stay.

room was clean, the staff seemed to be in their own world. room service was great because I didn't want to leave my room. the shuttle was £3 to the airport or you could go and it is the first stop to the airport as well.

Ridiculously overpriced and food was inedible! Very disappointing experience and would never return. Waste of money and for that price would have expected an awful lot more. Our party left very angry at having to pay so much for something many couldn't even eat!

I’m staying at this hotel for more than 10 nights now. The room is great with a very comfy bed. Clean and convenient to my business here in Gatwick airport, and very friendly and helpful staff. McDonald’s, KFC, and M&S shop are close by but nothing else at all. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

the first room had not been cleaned, but they moved us. the second room was nice, but the business conditioning was really not very good, even at the lowest location. also the mini fridge, while in any case inserted, has nothing cooled. location to the south terminal/shuttle to the north is a ten minute walk. breakfast and coffee and juices were very good.

great service . friendly, courtesy and very helpful staff. beautiful rooms and very clean and neat. comfortable beds and great facilities. room service available. bar and restaurant quite expensive again very friendly staff . the reception was very easy and accommodated for my needs. gatwick funnel runs south and north terminals from every half hour to an hour. . would definitely be back to visit.

This restaurant could easily be called "The Cash Cow at the Airport." With a steady stream of diners who have limited dining options, the management seems to take advantage by charging exorbitant prices (£4.50 for bread and butter, and £19.50 for a mediocre bacon cheeseburger) and neglecting to update the dated decor. Despite a hiccup with our OpenTable booking not going through, the restaurant was able to accommodate us. The service was pleasant and helpful, although it seemed that only one person was responsible for seating guests and processing payments, resulting in long waits for simple tasks.

I arrived on February 16th, 2022. the staff was efficient, polite and went away from the beaten to ensure my comfort. I was in another gatwick hotel in jan. 2020, it was the creakiest hotel where I ever stayed, housekeeping gave out my new laptop on my first day, they have asked different questions and never completed. I will never go back from staying in marriott, as in my many stays I had never had these problems. I suggest to get her room with breakfast it is so worth, very clean and comfortable with all the amenities. great location,Wunderfully served by gatwick Bus service .they will not regret it.
