"It is to be seen a bit) what damages, it is a labyrinth to access a restaurant established in a former attic local) but well arranged with a glass. The view of the bell towers, some will love, I say that close to an emblematic place, the layout could have been better studied. The food is normal English is very expensive. The service is fine. I do not recommend It's worth seeing a little), which is a shame, it's a labyrinth to get to a restaurant set up in a room a former attic) but well ugly out with a glass roof. The view of the tower churchs is something that some people will like, but I would say that near an emblematic site, the layout could have been better thought out. The food is normally English and very expensive). The service is very good. I would not recommend"

Very disappointing afternoon tea. Bad service/worse food. We left 80% of it on the plates. Flavorless and definitely not fresh.

This was a special find. Breakfast inside Westminster Abbey! Fabulous service. Classic breakfast. Not many breakfast options around the area we thought we would walk across several.

Average food, poor service, miserable staff. Don't bother! No milk with our tea, I asked but request ignored, ended up going to the kitchen myself, handed milk with no apology. Staff had not a smile between them!

This is a highly over priced place! The sweetcorn salad with Quinoa for £12 was full of lettuce and difficult to find any Quinoa! We were not given a preference to sit in or outside as per website. Order was also wrong as soup was given to start with in place of salad. Ver carta

We visited for coronation tea, and were very disappointed. The items were mediocre at best. Some of the cakes weren't very fresh. I suppose it was a bad sign when the prepared tray was whisked over immediately after we sat down. Best to go elsewhere for an enjoyable afternoon tea.

We went for the coronation tea in the afternoon. I do not recommended. Below average. Some of the items were not fresh. They had only 3 tea selections with one of them being out. Very basic and plain. It is located at westminister Abby and the place is magnificent but the tea below average unfortunately. Was disappointed.

Had the special with the sandwich of the day (27.00 for two) and glass of white wine was 4.00. Coke was 3.00. Atmosphere was ok; I was hoping because of the location it would have been something more special. If you need the washroom you have to wait in line with all the others that have gone on the tour. If you want a good table, book ahead! Ver carta

When I booked a coronation tea at Westminster Abbey, I was expecting a tea room with character, or a view of the Abbey. The room was devoid of character and while it had windows, we only saw a small portion of the Abbey’s exterior. The service wasn’t great and a lot of the treats had nuts on them. I’m not partial to nuts but have never been served a tea with nut products so was disappointed by this. The food was just overall not the best.

A clean basic source of refreshment. The (cold) scone, Ronda clotted cream and Tiptree jam was identical to what is available all over the country, but usually much cheaper. OK there were 2 scones, but that just left spreading the jam and cream very thinly. A bit dry in fact. No complaints, just normal, run of the mill. All clean and tidy. Pleasant staff. But nothing special. Incidentally you wait to be seated, resulting in the 2 of us being sat on a table for 6, and consequently having a lovely chat with 3 elderly ladies from Norfolk. It sort of underlined what a typical visitor was.

"The decor of the restaurant is really lovely. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We placed our orders quite briskly. We received complimentary bread and olives, which was a nice touch. Our Bruchetta starter arrived a whole hour after we arrived, which was disappointing and far too long to wait for a cold and easy starter. The menu did not specify that the prawns on one of the bruschettas were raw! The waiter said service was slow because they were busy with Uber Eats and Deliveroo. Clearly not prioritising paying customers, who pay a 12.5% service charge, unlike online customers. Eventually, our main courses arrived. My pasta was only just cooked, so close to being undercooked and hard. They ran out of ricotta and replaced it with the tiniest amount of cheese so I asked for some more. Since ricotta was supposed to be the main ingredient of the dish. The tuna steak was lovely, and the veal could have done with a thinner breadcrumb batter. The sides, chips and zucchini, were £4.50 and very small portions for such a cheap side. So that was slightly disappointing. Overall, the pinot grigio white wine was very drinkable, and they brought tap water when we asked for it. And the whole staff were very polite. It was a shame the service was so slow, and the food could have been better for the price that it was. We also felt it was overpriced for the location it was, zone 2 London and not in the West End."
