Spezialisiert ist dieses Restaurant auf chinesische Dumplings. Das klingt erstmal einseitig oder langweilig, ist aber ein echter Geheimtipp. Sehr lecker und nicht teuer ! Absolut empfehlenswert. Und dabei auch geschmacklich original wie in China.

Fortbildungstechnisch hat es mich wieder einmal nach Berlin gezogen, und nach einem Besuch auf geschichtsträchtigen Tempelhofer Feld landete ich zu einem Abendsnack im Cha for Tee- Ein kleiner offenbar inhaberbetriebener Laden mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern und einer wirklich guten chinesischen Küche. Ich hatte lediglich 2 Kleinigkeiten, scharfes Rindfkeisch sowie marinierte Gurken, beide jedoch hervorragend. Scharf ist scharf, so habe ich das gerne. Es gibt eine kleine Auswahl an guten Bieren und dazu eben die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber. Macht in der Summe 5 Sterne, gerne wieder!
