"Superstitious abstain, there were 13 of us at the table this Friday evening A very friendly welcome from the chef and his teammate in the dining room. The chef is playful with a cuisine full of flavors and generous. If you ask the composition of certain dishes, you will not get the answer easily. You will have to work a little. "I've been lucky enough to go to a wide variety of restaurants, ranging from fantastic dives to exquisite establishments featuring haute cuisine, and Pre-Verel is one of my favorites. I've only been in summer, but whether it was storming spectacularly or sunny and bright, the...cozy, rustic atmosphere delighted all of us. The food is sort of rustic French, but rustic French prepared by a chef with a dedication to quality ingredients and strategically employed refined technique. We've been there on dates and as part of large groups. It is a refuge, so if you are on a hiking adventure you can sleep in the bunkhouse. Run, don't walk!"

"Veillez à réserver assez tôt pour avoir une table avec vue sur le lac. Nous avons réservé la veille et eu une table avec vue sur les verres et couverts. Là maître d’hôtel a refusé de nous placer sur une des place le long de la rive nous avons eu le temps de manger et partir 5 tables duo étaient toujours vacantes. Très déçue du manque d’effort, notre expérience aurait pu pourtant être vraiment chouette… Le reste du personnel était très sympathique."
